AtScale is the leading provider of intelligent data virtualization. Enterprisers use AtScale to modernize their data analytics architecture and virtualize data silos while providing refined data access, empowering analytics professionals and data science.
While what they do makes sense to professionals in the industry, AtScale knew that they needed a way to translate this information to a digestible medium. That’s why they approached Delin Design to produce an explainer video that outlines the problems their potential clients face and introduces AtScale as a solution.
Dan Waterman of Delin Design led the project and sourced both voiceover talent and music options.
The original storyboard was developed by Max Fisher, whose portfolio can be found here.
My role in this project was to compose the video itself using the elements supplied by the team, then working with AtScale to make all edits. This includes building the composition in After Effects, creating all motion elements, and synchronizing the voiceover, animation, and background music.
The last three segments are pulled from a second AtScale video that did not come to fruition.
